If you are goal oriented, structured, extrovert and strong in communication, then this job as business to business Brand Sales Manager at our office in Kvistgård, north of Copenhagen, might be something for you.
About the position
You will have the overall responsibility for developing revenue of one or more brands to professional customers and salon owners across one or more countries. You do this by running the sales, managing detailed go-to-market plans and managing the communication between external brand owner, our marketing department and key sales people in the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Overall sales responsible for the brand.
Being the face and spokesperson towards customers and prospects utilizing available communication channels (social media, email, events and meetings).
Contact with brand owners regarding go-to-market plans, new product launches, education, forecasts and reporting.
Leading go-to-market plans, making sure we meet our goals in growing the brands. This includes planning and communication with our marketing department and sales colleagues.
Planning and implementing starter packages, prices and promotions in collaboration with marketing and supply chain.
Working with external educators and brand ambassadors, securing flow of raw content for our marketing and education.
Driving brand specific customer events.
Follow up on customer portfolio developments, pipelines and leads.
Personally building and driving a portfolio of key customers for the brand.
Your success will be measured in your ability to understand customer needs and convert these needs in to growing revenue and successful business relationships with very satisfied customers, based on collaboration with the different internal and external stakeholders.
About you
Its important for you to win, you are extrovert and energetic. You are structured and detail oriented, but also inpatient when it comes to action and results. Your friends see you as a goal oriented team-player with an always positive can-do attitude, but also as an analytical person, that seeks to understand the why.
You already worked successfully with sales, and find it strongly motivating to be measured on KPI's, numbers and results. In addition you have a interest in professional beauty, and are eager to learn more and develop as a professional manager. The role doesn't necessarily include team references, but if you already have experience in managing sales colleagues, it's a clear advantage.
You are experienced in PowerPoint and Excel, a frequent poster on social media and good in writing sales texts. You are fluent in English in speaking and writing, as this is our corporate language.
