About the position
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Delivery Team Lead to head a small but strong team in our warehouse in Kvistgaard. This role is the perfect combination of leadership and practical involvement, where you will work side-by-side with your team while driving processes forward.  

You will have the opportunity to improve and implement warehouse workflows, grow professionally, and be an integral part of our ambitious international company. 
This position reports directly to our Supply Chain Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate: Manage and inspire a team to efficiently handle high-volume pick & pack operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time for customers worldwide.  
  • Be Hands-On: Actively support daily warehouse activities, offering guidance and solving challenges to keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy periods.  
  • Improve Processes: Regularly review and refine warehouse workflows to boost efficiency, reduce mistakes, and ensure smooth product distribution.  
  • Manage Orders: Ensure orders are correctly prepared, packed, and shipped in line with ICG shipping standards and deadlines.  
  • Develop Your Team: Train and support team members, building a positive work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
About you

  • Comfortable working with advanced IT systems and digital processes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong English communication skills for our international environment.
