About the position
You will serve, develop and grow sales to an existing portfolio of professional customers and salon owners. You do this by being in frequent contact with the target group, communicating by phone and social media, but also planning sales tours, where you visit the largest customers and prospects.
You will grow your customer portfolio by searching for and develop relations with new prospects, and convince them to switch to our brands through an analytical, consulting approach.
Your success will be measured in your ability to understand customer needs and convert these needs in to growing revenue and successful business relationships with very satisfied customers.
You will get a lot of training and support, but it's also a challenging job, that requires discipline, focus, proactivity and energy.
About you
You like to be with others, you are extrovert and love a good discussion. When you get passioned about something, its important for you to understand the details, and it's difficult for you to stop telling about it. Your friends see you as a hungry, energetic self-starter with an always positive, winning attitude, but also as a good, analytical listener they can trust. When playing games or doing sports, you are ambitious and hate to loose.
You already worked with sales, and are feeling great in the situation where you have to approach, contact and serve people you don't know. In addition you have a deep interest in beauty, and are eager to learn more and develop as a professional beauty business advisor. If you already have a background within sales and professional beauty, it's a perfect match.
You are used to work with a computer on a daily basis and a frequent poster on social media. Finish must be your native language, but you are okay with speaking and understanding English, as this is our corporate language.
