Platform responsibility: Manage eCommerce and CRM platforms to ensure best conversion and usability. Make sure that their features and optimization aligns with business goals and speaks to the target group through a close collaboration with sales and brand management.
Performance Marketing: Plan and measure performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels. Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign efficiency, and customer service.
Automation: Build and optimize lead and contact management workflows. Increasing conversion, retention, and basket size in eCommerce platform through cart automations, loyalty programs and similar. Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign efficiency, and customer service.
Optimization: Analyze customer journeys and data to identify growth opportunities. Test and implement new digital marketing tools, channels, and strategies. Be the touch point for external developers and oversee development projects to aid optimization and customer satisfaction.
Experienced: 3–5 years’ experience in digital/performance marketing with a proven track record in eCommerce.
Technical mindset: Strong knowledge of Magento/Adobe Cloud Commerce and HubSpot. Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (content generation, targeting, analytics).
Performance focused: Experience with PPC, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation. Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing metrics and running A/B tests.
Personality: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
